Introduction

Since my graduation from the Business School, I have been working on English education in local secondary schools. I had my first job in a non-governmental organization, which provides customized English education support to underprivileged students in Hong Kong. After the two-year experience serving at Maryknoll Secondary School, I pursued a Master's degree in Education and undertook a curriculum development project for the NGO at the same time. Since 2016, I have been a full-time English teacher at Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School, teaching at both junior and senior secondary levels.
